This doesn’t look like salt pellets they actually look like coconut flakes. It says 2-3 cups but 1 cup was good enough for me. Super easy to use. There really isn’t a scent to it so you could probably add some of your own oils to the water.

I took a 30 min bath with them, and I think they actually worked because I fall asleep an hour later. The flakes themselves look like bath salt, but they are more delicate and seem to have softening properties. The size of the package is large, definitely enough for 3-4 uses.
