Женский вечерний клатч Jewel Badgley Mischka Juliet с кристаллами

I purchased these earrings for my son’s wedding. I waited about three weeks to get them. They arrived broken! I immediately called for a replacement as the wedding was in two weeks. I was informed they were no longer available and that I would not be refunded until they were received as a returned item AND my refund would take 5-10 days to process once received! I was very disappointed in Macy’s lack of help. I will never trust them for such an important event again
