I bought this for my niece for Christmas. She used it as a centerpiece. Not to small and not to big. Perfect for cookies, candy and/or nuts. I've been handing my collection to her year-by-year. I ordered this beautiful plane for my Granddaughter who lives out of state, now she is having to deal with not just one return but two. She went to her local Macy's and did not get any help in resolving both cookie jars now having to ship one ups.
