One of the pearl posts was severely bent upon delivery. I returned the earrings.

Don’t order these I never received them!!! Shame on macys!!

Have not received the earrings a month after ordering. Shipping keeps getting delayed. No guarantee of this item being in stock.

I ordered these earrings on October 24 2024. It is now November 21 and I have yet to receive my order. I’ve been calling macys customer service for weeks now. These were suppose to be a special birthday gift. How stupid do I look now. Still waiting to receive these earrings. Now they gave me a new delivery date of November 27 let’s see if they ever arrive. Shame on macys!!!!

The pearls are absolutely perfect, better I had hope for. Just the right size

The back of one of the earrings is defective and I will go back to the store over the weekend to exchange them or having them fixed

Broke after wearing 3 times, had less then a year before the pearl came off the stem.

I purchased these in mid-December as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On Dec. 23 when I took them from the bag to wrap them, one of the pearls came off the stud. I had to go back to the store and they didn't have any more and the sales associate did not offer any alternative.
