I purchased in-store in a rush as a gift. I should have taken more time as after getting home I realized how light it was and questioned its authenticity. Decided it was not good enough to gift. Tried to return it but I was denied because I was a day over the return period, I was also refused an exchange. Very disappointed in Macy's.
I purchased 3 of these cross and look what happened to one of them already I’m returning all three for a refund for this to happen it’s cheap probably not real gold.
Very handsome cross
It’s a very beautifully designed cross, with enough length to look correctly with blouses and tops. It fit perfectly on a chain that I had for many years. It’s a lovely gift for Valentine’s Day from my husband, making it very special.
The cross is cheap and light weight and over priced for the item. It bends! I bought in April & already replaced from a jeweler for the same price but much better quality.
Bought this item for my nephew and he loves it. Very fast delivery and service from Macy's, he had it a day later. It was a perfect buying experience. The item perfectly matched the web photos and description.

I'm shocked at these reviews. It felt like I could snap this right in half. I really hope no one payed full price for this. Is this aluminum plated with gold? Cheapest thing I've felt. I returned.
Very thin gold I believe this cross looks great online but not when we recieved it
