[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beware if you are looking for a stainless steel product. It has a non-stick coating on the inside. How disappointing. It's not a frying pan that handles eggs, what is the non-stick coating for?? A roasting pan collects the pan drippings and then you deglaze it by scraping the bottom of the pan with a metal spatula. Somebody smart in marketing must have thought that it would sell better to American consumers if it is non-stick. The competing brands don't have non-stick interiors!! Other than that, the exterior and the handles are beautiful and the adjustable rack is great too, what a shame it has to be returned.

Beautiful and "true" stainless product. However, is a bit heavy weightwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just fits the small oven in an Aga Mercury 48" range and the 25lb heirloom turkey just fit. Turkey cooked extremely fast, but that could have been due to the Aga, the solid construction of the pan may have helped. Exterior size is exactly the same as listed in the decription; I think it is 16.5". I like that the rack is adjustable and is s/s, that the bottom is flat so it can work on an induction stove to make gravy. Easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice roaster It seems to have stained a bit after cooking Turkey for 5 hours. I’m sure it won’t ruin cooking in the future
