Watches either sit in display case for a long time or batteries are terrible. Purchased 3 of these in blue, white and grey within 2 months I have had to purchase 2 new batteries for 2 of the watches.

First of all, the temporary hold merchandise. We had to 2 wait weeks before you can take the merchandise. Second, after two weeks of waiting, we went to pick up the watch. The salesperson didn't even check the was working. But before we left the counter, my husband double checks if the watch is working. He found out that the battery was dead. The salesperson offers to replace it with another similar to it, but also the battery was dead. We had to go outside Macy's to get the a new battery. My husband was disappointed and so upset.
