My windows needed an upgrade. I found the perfect valance at Macy. Price was reasonable as well.

Beautiful valance hangs really nice. You have to buy three or four depending on window size.

These valances are, fine but too thin compared to other Elrene valances I have. The old Elrene valances that I had replaced for these valances . . . . I only had to use 2 each for my 2 small windows and 5 valances in a 2 bigger but connecting windows. Because these are thinner materials, I have to use 7 or 8 valances on that bigger windows. I just got tired on pulling down the rods to rearrange these valances so right now I have 7 valances hanging behind my couch. However, because I have hang two panels on each side of the windows, they look pretty even though I still feel like adding 2 more valances just to make it look perfect. I am a "perfectionist" so when I am not satisfied with something I see, I have to re-do them over and over until I am satisfied with my work. (Sounds crazy but that is the nature of my profession and it also affects other things I do.)

The color of the product was spot on but the QUALITY was terrible! Valances are just too thin to hold any type of elegant shape! Looks VERY cheap! Not a statement I wanted to make in my home.

These are very elegant. I ordered Gold, which is actually Bronze. Rather dark.

I have ordered several of these valances for various rooms in our home. The gold valances I ordered were spot on. Love them! I painted our Master Bedroom and had purchased an Ivory Comforter which was placed on the bed. I had ordered the Ivory valances to match it. Wow!!!! Was I disappointed. The color of the valances, even though they say Ivory, looks like a deep, buttery gold. Talk about clash with our new paint color. The picture Macys show on the web site does not look anything like the actual color when you get it. If you want Ivory in these valances, do not order this particular product. I've been disappointed with a couple of the recent orders from Macys as the color has been different from what we needed or the size too big. Probably will not order from Macys any longer!
