A friend of mine uses this products and likes it very much so I was glad to find it at Macys. While not a discontinued product, Kiehl’s is pending production of this product so not available in many stores but lots at Macys!

I recently purchased five bars of soap, and upon opening them, I noticed they were almost in powder form. It’s clear that the soap is very old and has lost its scent entirely. I’d appreciate a refund or a replacement with a newer product, please. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
