[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ceramic le creuset. Form and function. Offers beautiful presentation and I use it for Mexican cheese enchiladas, Italian lasagna, noodle kugel. This oblong dish goes from oven to table beautifully.

Pretty and useful
Love the Le Crueset baking dishes an have used mine a ton already, clean up is so very easy and they bake evenly. Plus they look gorgeous when serving.

Cracked with first use
I’m terribly disappointed. This cracked in half the first time I used it. It’s too bad because I love all the le creuset products I’ve purchased. I will not repurchase this item.

Incorrect dimensions
It is NOT 12x9. It is 8x10.5. How do I go about getting a refund or exchange for larger size? Customer Service link is inactive and stores are closed.
