Very disappointed. Return them hoping to exchange for some smoother surface pearls. Spoke to customer service online. They advised the store in King of Prussia , PA would have many of the same model to switch. Upon arrival they had no other of the same model for me to switch out. Bait and switch. Ended up purchasing a completely different model with diamonds and white gold. Financing of 12 months. Preorder 65% of plus 30% off. I don’t usually shop at Macy’s.

Earrings are beautiful! However o was somewhat disappointed in how they were sent to me . They were in a cardboard box with only a plastic bag covering them . It did not come with a velvet bag which was nice but would have been nice to have them in a gift box

I ordered three jewely items, including the earrings. All three were obviousy gifts. they came in a puffy padded envelope with a reciept of purchase. There were only two items and no presentation box, or paperwork describing the quality or features of the products. Very cheap appearing and very disappointing.
