My bow fell off my first one so I repurchased it again through Macy's. It is a great price. I haven't used the warranty for the other one yet, but I may soon. This ring holder has successfully ruined my Tiffany sterling silver jewelry along with other jewelry from Anthropologie and BHLDN. It tarnishes anything you put inside of it and puts a crusty metallic green coating on it. The ring holder itself has tarnished over my 2 years of owning it. The silver is rubbing off and black specks are all over it. I have not used it since I discovered it ruined my jewelry, yet it is decomposing as it sits there.
