It would be nice if Macy's would correct the product description. This necklace is either a 17 or 18 inch, not 20 inch. Very disappointing, especially being an Effy. Had to return.
I am usually pleased with Effy jewelry. But there's a drop in quality with this necklace. It is 18" with clasp, not 20" as advertised. The beading is lovely and the gold lobster claw clasp is fine, but the single jump ring to hook it to is really flimsy and hard to hold. I expected a few gold links before the jump ring but my custom jeweler will fix it. Glad it was on sale!
It's a beautiful piece. I really enjoy it. I have earrings too.
When I purchased this Onyx necklace, it was actually to wear to a Service so to be worn with other black jewelry. The length was great, and all you see is Onyx making it easier to adjust with other gold or silver pieces.
Beautiful necklace and bracelet, but the clasp are the devil. It took me 25 minutes of sweating trying to get these pieces on. Returning to Macys.
It appears rich but difficulty to close the hook both the necklace and bracelet. If it was made with a string or an extra pearl added to make closing it easier would have been better.
Needed a black necklace for the holidays to match a dress. This necklace seemed perfect online though on receipt the product was not anything like the picture or price. The bead size are big and the length is more like 16 or 18 inch rather than the 20 mentioned. Had to return the product immediately.
