Absolutely beautiful knives. The metal is lightweight and delicate-but-sturdy feeling. The handle is robust and adds some weight and heft to the overall feel. The blade is immaculately sharp and slices through meat effortlessly. You don't need a sawing motion like a traditional steak knife, only a swift uni-directional cut.

This is an exceptional set of steak knives. Super sharp, handles are exquisitely crafted, and the quality is instantly apparent once you hold one of these knives in your hand. Heirloom quality. I expect this to last a lifetime and then some.
