Shipping was lackluster and left one completely shattered bowl and a few small chips on the bottom of three plates. Return through Macy's was for entire set, and not damaged pieces.

I was so impressed with the shine and brightness of the china However, you will be sorely disappointed if you run them through the dishwasher a few times as they will start to dull and develop rainbow cloudy surface. In time, you will not want to use for company because they don't look as pretty as when you first got them. However, if you handwash all your dishes, you will most likely be able to maintain their gloss. It is certainly not the quality I expected from Mikasa brand products..
The dinnerware is pretty but not sleek. Wanted something finer.
Very disappointed. Broken bowls in the first box I picked up and broken bowls in the second purchase that was delivered. I returned the dishware on May 9, 2024.
Multiple pieces came damaged. Asked customer service for replaced and Mikasa CS refused to replace. Items also of poor quality. Plates have scratches and cups with stains on the bottom after only a few uses. Do not recommended.
Loved the pattern and light weight of the dishes. Out of the entire set, 4 bowls arrived broken. Tried to get replacements but all they would do is either send another set and would have to repackage original set and return it either by mail or drive 44 min to the closest store.
The dishes that arrived unbroken are great, ellegantly thin, durable, light weight. The problem is that half arrived broken and after 4 phone calls and 4 promises that a Reshipment and email confirmation is on its way, I have no proof that they are actually coming! I am nearing the 30 day window and this is not what I wanted to be doing during Christmas! My advice is don’t order, not worth the hassle! 👎 Macy’s
The dishes our beautiful but Macy customer service is terrible my order had one broke large dinner plate and one large bowl customer service said it would be replaced but then email back no replacement
