This is NOT waterproof. It smears all under the eye throughout the day.

I bought this one cause previous liquid eyeliner I used is discontinued (square long bottle) this new one does not last - mid morning it had smudge over my eyelids and under my eye. It looked awful. Need to bring the old one back!

I cannot for the life of me open this correctly. Sometimes when I quickly grab and open this, I open the wrong end and fluid spills out? Then if I do take the time to open it I cannot get applicator end to open? It sits in my make up bag too often because of this

Very good quality, smooth and easy to apply. The felt liner is easier to apply. A little over-priced.
