Колье Giani Bernini 18K Gold over Sterling Silver Snake Chain 18"

I’ve never had a chain like this. This pinches the little tiny hairs on my neck and I am not a hairy person. Also, my regular hair gets caught in the back of the necklace around the clasp and such. I have to pull my hair out to get the necklace off. One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made The chain is pretty but not at the cost of pulling my hair out! Boooo

I got this necklace as a gift, but could not in good conscience follow through. Though it’s supposed to be bathed in 18k gold the piece that reached me was blotchy and stained. The clasp was some other color, but definitely not golden. Makes me definitely not trust Macy’s jewelry anymore! Was so disappointed.

Clasp is very hard to open. Not happy customer.

The clasp barely opens wide enough to connect it. Expected a more user friendly clasp as I don't think necklace is secure enough

The necklace itself turned out better than I hoped…. I’m a little concerned with the connection latch. It’s pretty tiny and hard to connect by myself, and I’m just hoping it will stay connected and not come loose while I’m wearing it. So far so good, one week.

This is a beautiful necklace, however, the clasp is so small and difficult to open. It sticks and doesn't close all the way sometimes. I would not recommend this item.

This chain is very beautiful & what I wanted but was a little too small. I'm returning it but getting the same chain only longer.
