The shoe had mold on the bottom. It looked used!

I’m giving 5 stars. Although I had major issues with the first order. I received wrong size and the shoe was used. I called Macy’s customer service immediately, requested a New pair of shoes in the size ordered. I received the shoes in 3 days just in time for the Prom. Shoe was perfect. Really nice shoe.

Where do I begin. My son is a senior in high-school, scholar, and basketball player and wears a size 14 shoe, hard to find any shoe for any occasion in his size. We found a pair of red bottom prom shoes (not Louboutinof course) to go with his black on black Tux (John Wick) prom fit. The shoes we found online did not come in his size, so we found this pair by Carlos Santana at Macy's, what a beautiful pair of sjoes and size 14. We ordered online of course, and picked them up at the local Macy,s today. Once home, opened the package and experienced a horrible surprise, worn shoes, not brand new. This shoe which has an engraved guitar and the Carlos' name was dirt filled and awful. Because his prom is a few days away, and again he wear a size 14 in shoes, there was no way to regroup and purchase another shoe in tim. The store manager did grant is a 50% discount which was lovely, but we I had to.leave this review of a very sad experience. My son has to wear new but used shoes to prom!

I ordered these shoes for a special occasion and was extremely disappointed when I received them, 2 days before the event. The shoes came in wonderful packaging and were individually wrapped, and I was surprised to find that the bottoms of both shoes were covered in dust and grime. The picture of the bottoms of the shoes feature a smooth bright red surfaced, and what I had received had a stitched border that was completely dirty. The online photo does not feature any stitching, so that was also disappointing. Mostly upset about the fact that I was expecting to receive shiny red bottom brand new shoes, and instead received a pair of shoes that did not represent the images online, covered in dirt.

Sad shoes were all ready worn ..first. day wearing the bottom colors disappeared. Not happy.

just open the box and the Shoe's we're use witch I'm disappointed cause i was going to use them for Christmas there nice but come on ppl check before shipping-_-

I ordered a new shoe, but you sent me a used, scuffed one instead. This is beyond ridiculous, especially since I paid full price for it.

These shoes are well-made, have a true fit, and are a good value.

I wore these for my wedding, very nice and sharp looking. However be careful when walking they are a little slippery. Overall loved them and very well made shoes!
