I sent this to our daughter's friend who just bought a new house with her husband.

Board had a pitch pocket in the middle of the cutting surface. Unboxed, visually inspected, sat in disbelief a $$ board would be shipped like that, reboxed and returned.

They are great cutting boards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very steady and durable product. Im not very excited about the design because I think a lot of pieces will get stuck in the grooves. Maintenance also doesn’t look very easy. You need a special cleaner to clean it once a month. What I dislike the most is the weight. This is VERY heavy.

Very sturdy when cutting. Looks great in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend upgrading your cutting board to one of these John Boos blocks.

Solid wood, durable and perfect for a busy cook. This looks like a lifetime cutting board.
