Shipping dept sent and rear Completely Stained. Spent hour on chat and finally told refund and return and I said I’d Return to store they said No then told Don’t return. Courtesy refund no need to return. I have pics Of Item Minute Received And Told Chat That and also Keep Pics of Resolution from Chat as they don’t reflect Correctly and I don’t want to Be charged. I even tried When they said Don’t return to wash and the stain will not Come Out. Sad

For Michael Kors I expected it to be lined. Style and fit was nice but returning because it’s unlined.
