I really didn’t want to write a review like this bad issue here, because this is not a product problem. However there is no other way. Please understand my situation. I ordered this cup on 7/10/24 with other products, but only this item was not delivered. I contacted the customer service and they said they will resend it, but right away they made the order returned. And still I didn’t get the refund even though I have tried to talk the customer service “four times” about this matter. Every time they said it will be defunded, but it is not. It’s so annoying me. My order number is 2964842748. Please refund the money or resend this cup to me ASAP.

I love the pattern that makes me comfortable

I love the size and the Naif collection. It is weighted well and great for large mug lovers. I have been very slowly adding pieces over the last 5 years. These mugs were my last wish list items.

Love not only the design, but the size of this cup. It’s good for coffee, tea, and even soup. Very comfortable to hold. The scenery design is gorgeous but the biggest surprise was the beautiful chicken design at the back side of the cup in a gorgeous analogous color scheme. It was so beautiful I went ahead and ordered more to give as gifts to my friends.

The mugs are perfect for a morning cup of coffee.

The style and the size are my favorite ones! Coffee seems more delicious with them!
