This knife has been my go to for 20 years - imagine my dismay when I found a crack in the steel! However, I submitted a warranty claim and within 2 weeks I had a brand new one. Such great service!

I was gifted this knife for my wedding. As a home chef with some restaurant industry experience behind me, I must say that it is unbelievably sharp out of the box, feels amazing in the hand and performs exceptionally well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely, great series of blades... compliments my 6 pro chefs ( my go to everything ), my 5.5 pro santoku, my pro 7 flex boning & my pro 10 slicing knife...incredible o.o.b.sharp...balance & comfort when doing long prep sessions...so- different from J. A.Henkels I owned & used since the 80s...these blades are made to do the job & make your tedious work a joy to do...I highly recommend this Zwilling series of knives...Bruce Rosenbaum....

This has got to be the best knife I've ever used. And I lost the whole set of them in a fire; of course I cried! I am going to get them back!!!!! one by one, if necessary.

Good balance. Very sharp - but it is new. First time using today. Made Chinese stir fry - chopped and cut up 3 days worth of vegetables. Will be looking to see how well it cuts in 6 months after a good half year workout. But I have a good feeling that this is a well made knife.

I have had this knife for 20+ years. Easily the best knife purchase I have ever made. My only complaint is the handle cracked about a year ago. Awesome product.

Weight of knife and the way it fits into my hand is excellent. Which is the best thing that I can say about it. I bought it thinking that it would chop cooked chicken down to chicken dust. It sticks too well to the knife. The consequence of this is that i miss pieces of the chicken that I'm trying to chop. I thought it would save me lots of time that I was spending finely chopping the chicken, but it's definitely not the right tool for the job. I've got a little dog. He's 6.5 #. He started life with 62 teeth in his little mouth and now he has 22 left. I crush his dry food in my nutribullet. I mix it into a concoction of chicken, no salt added chicken broth and canned pumpkin. I will take the knife back to Macy's and I'm disappointed that it wasn't the answer that I was looking for!
