Rolls excellent, works well for me, I do like the extra laptop case for on the go. It fits all of my paperwork, extra screens, cords and computer. The only thing i would add is a shoulder strap.
Very practical, user friendly and top quality case
Brilliantly designed. Room for everything you need. I use it as carry-on luggage to store work materials as well as laptop and anything else I need during a long flight.
Absolutely TERRIBLE bad. I’ve now had two and while they great at first it seems like they are designed for the telescoping handle to break every two years. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Would like it better if someone could tell us how to remove the file folders. Nobody ever gave us an answer so we just gave up.
I have owned this bag now for several years. Although it is superior, in my opinion, to most, it has one major design flaw. When the bag is expanded, there is no support for the expansion and as a result it drags on the ground, damaging the bag. This flaw makes the bag useless for carrying heavy items such as books and files unless you are willing to ignore the damage being done to this , not so inexpensive, briefcase.
Nice bag. Rolls extremely easy. I was worried that it would not fit under seat but fit nicely. Lots of room for international travel.
I've had my bag for several years. It does 90% of what it's supposed to VERY well! However, I should have sent mine back as the wheels have NEVER worked correctly from the first day taking it out of the box. It rolls off to one side and almost trips you when walking through airports! The handle is also rather flimzy for a 1K product. Should be perfect.
I like the overall look and organization of the carryon. I do have a problem with it wanting to pull or miss steer. This has caused me to actually kick the item when it wanders in front of me. I have used it on 3-4 trips and it does the same thing. I need to call Tumi about getting it fixed. Otherwise I like the quality of the piece.
Defective from the moment purchased. No exchange, nothing. Have to pay to ship it back to get fixed. Very frustrating.
