Received skillet today. The packaging was good, but when I removed it the skillet was damaged! The outer brim was crushed, not badly, but still I paid full price. I expected a perfect item. What that tells me that it was damaged before packaging. Lousy employee. I’ve alway felt good about Macys products, this was deliberate. I still may use, the coating was intact, but still. 😔
My favorite pan. The non stick surface is great and it’s a bit deeper than other pans its size
I'm an average cook who adjusting to electric vs gas. My new Cuisinart Chef pan has been a food saver .Heats evenly, uses less oil allows whatever I'm making Just slides off . I can start on top the stove and finish the dish in the oven.
This pan heats evenly and is a breeze to either by hand or in the dishwasher!
Why would you discontinue this perfect skillet - I've purchased it three times in the past and each time its performance was stellar. Not so fond to the new versions - regardless of what the ad says, every ceramic clad or other non stick material that cuisinart is now using is junk compared to the Model 722-20ns. I will continue looking everywhere I can to find that model again.

It's a beautiful skillet, the non stick coating is high quality, and definitely better than the bargain store merch.

The Cuisinart Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet was purchased as a replacement for a smaller Nonstick Frying Pan. After reading the reviews on Macy's and other Web Sites I decided to purchase the Cuisinart 10 Inch Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet over other brands based on both reviews and price. My wife has informed me she was not only impressed with how well foods cook in the skillet but was very surprised on the cost of the skillet. The skillet appears to be well constructed, the Non Stick Coating appears to evenly applied. Only time will tell how well the Non Stick Coating holds up.
