This is a great product, just the one we were looking for and what's even better we ordered online completely trusting the build(durability) and delivery quality. Nonstick coating is great and product has a sufficiently heavy base which does not let the food burn immediately.
I wanted a Cuisinart Pan Model 622-24. The listing showed the item as 622-24 but I received model number 622C-24. These pans are not the same and not what I wanted.
I bought this recently and it is the best nonstick skillet I have had. The heat distribution is great!
You cannot go wrong with this skillet, which is chef quality. It's by far the best skillet I've ever bought.
I am on my second 622c-24 pan. In using these pans, food was sticking to the cooking surface. I have to use vegetable spray at med heat and food still sticks to the surface. The web site statements say the pan surface is non-stick. No mentioin of needing vegeable spray.

This is definitely not good for eggs. They stick!!! Even with oil. It’s fine for other things. Would not buy again
