HENCKELS нож Santoku International Silvercap 7"

Have had this knife for 8 plus years. It is easy to throw a sharper edge on it with the steel. I cannot begin to estimate the number of times I have used it For me it is better for slicing fruits and vegetables rather than meat. I especially like to ribbon slice root vegetables with it.

This brand of Henkel knives are not the Henkels I know. The finish is some type of none sharpening finish which make it difficult to cut or slice food with straight percission. I’m sorry I purchased this knife, a total waste of money.

This is my favorite knife to use in the kitchen. Just the right size and weight for easy cutting and chopping. Nice one piece construction which makes it much more durable than some of thre other knives I've used in the past. Also dish washer safe which is a definite plus!

Great value. Made from high quality stainless steel so won't rust or tarnish. Blade has mico serrations so it never needs to be sharpened. Ergonomic handle is comfortable and easy to grip.

I love the santoku and it has quickly become one of my go to knives in the kitchen. This is a good starter knife and makes a great gift too.

The Santoku is an excellent knife for chopping and the hollow air pockets on the edge help prevent food from sticking to the blade as you slice.
