One of my most used knives. Great utility and overall workhorse in the kitchen

This is my 2nd knife. My wife uses the other one. This is for me. My prep time faster and the cuts are clean.

Trash. This is the most fragile, low quality kitchen gear I’ve ever bought. Doesn’t keep an edge and doesn’t give any sense of quality. Definitely don’t recommend this.

This knife was a disappointment. It is heavy and the handle is a little undersized for my hand. It is sharp but the blade is thick so it doesn't cut like some of my other shun knives with blades that are thinner. This had almost a clever feel to it.

Have used Shun knives for many years. Always very satisfied with the quality and especially the sharpness. This last group of knives I received has been a little disappointing. They look well made and have a good feel, however, they just are not sharp. Not sure why, but, right out of the box these do not cut as well as my 5 year old knives.

Love this knife. 6 inches is perfect length for me.

Great knife with a sharp blade. It glides through food with ease.

I simply love this knife. it’s light to handle. gives you such a smooth cut that you will be amazed at it. the moment it touches any vegetables or meat it just glides through. this has become my only knife now. I am waiting to buy the set and as an icing on a cake so affordable.
