One of the silver tips became detached approximately weeks after purchase. I went show the store they didn’t want to return or give me replacement

I tried this on in the store, but I selected one in a different color to take home. When I tried it on at home I found that it didn’t sit smoothly. There was a pucker at the top of the cup. Definitely first try on the one you take home!

Lovely piece -- though it continually opens. How do you keep it so that the 'strings' stay in place? It keeps opening up on me. Very frustrating. Maybe that's how it is the design, but I consider it a flaw.

It's a beautiful piece, but the durability is suspect. The golden piece on one of the ends popped off when I was tightening the bracelet. This was very surprising because I barely pulled on the gold piece. The gold end is actually held in place by a tiny strand of copper and explains why it just detached. I purchased some 24 gaugee copper wire and wrapped it around the end of the woven cord to thicken it. This has held the gold piece in place better, but its a question of when it will pop off again due to the way its designed.

The bracelet is very nice .

This was given as a gift. The professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the sales representative in the jewelry department was wonderful.
