I am extremely disappointed with this company and their complete lack of responsibility. I ordered a product that never arrived, and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no meaningful response or solution. What frustrates me the most is not just the lost package, but the way the company handled (or rather, ignored) the situation. Emails went unanswered, and when I finally did get a reply, it was vague and unhelpful, offering no real resolution or accountability. As a customer, I expected at least basic support in tracking or replacing my missing order. Because of this experience, I have lost all trust in this company. A business should stand behind its service and take care of its customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it’s the main reason for my low rating. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they significantly improve their customer service and reliability.
