New Balance sent me a link to review a product they never shipped. I ordered and a week later they sent me an email telling me they didn't have them. Really sucked waiting around a week to just not get anything. I'll be buying cleats elsewhere moving forward.

The shoes were never shipped. I waited almost 2 weeks only to have them canceled.
You wanna dish out money every season, these cleats are for you. They lasted me 24 games.14 games for my Men’s team and 10 for my co-ed. These are no help on hard dirt. I have slid many times trying to stop. The only thing they have going for the is comfort.
My 13 year old will only wear New Balance. He enjoys that he doesn’t have to worry about them coming untied. However the laces have already broken on one cleat and he are only a few weeks into the season. I have noticed the toe area cracking and peeling already as well. That’s disappointing as I know I will need to purchase another pair after the fall season.
I'm sorry, these are not good shoes. This is the Edsel of softball spikes. It's the shoe no one ever asked for. I wore these for 4 games and then threw them in the trash. The only reason I bought this shoe is because it was the only shoe I could find that was in a Wide size. The - Speedlace System (This is a quick-pull lacing setup that allows for fast tightening) would be fine if the top eyelets didn't line up with your ankle bone. This made wearing them very painful. I had to put pads on my ankles to reduce the pain. The laces were round and hard, not like typical laces. This wouldn't have been a non-starter if you could skip the top eyelets, but you can't because the laces are a closed loop system. Save yourself the agony and avoid these shoes.
quick laces broke on very first use, had to jerry-rig to use for 1st game. will be fine but not ideal
The design of the cleats are very nice. My son said they are comfortable. However day 2 the laces broke and of course we cannot return because they were worn. For the price of the shoe they should send a replacement shoe Lace.
The exterior build of the cleats is very bulky while the interior is very tight and uncomfortable. I have wide feet and got the wide size and it simply was not the same shape of my feet. It also is half way between a high and low top which offers no ankle support and is very easy to slip on and off leading to lots of blisters.
The best. This is our 3rd pair and my softball player daughter won't wear anything else.
