Comfortable and stylish. Great color. All around sneaker, sport, casual.

Comfy and easy to wear around. I got these to replace my Nike Blazers and I like them a lot. They have a similar vibe though don't have the hightop :\

Not a bad shoe at all. My only complaint would be the exposed foam look of the tongue. This design has been featured on other name brand shoes, however personally it looks super cheap. The color way and leather look pretty good however it is subject to color migration if the shoe comes in contact of humidity or moisture. Overall, I like the shoe, feels super comfortable as with any New Balance shoe however if you don’t like the foam tongue look, just wait for New Balance to restock their 550BB shoe. Those are classics and way better quality. Get theses if you are looking for a specific color way for an outfit.

I think the tongue is the kicker here. Very similar to a Nike Blazer with the exposed edge and I was not expecting that. The tongue itself needs color. From the side these look great, but looking down the brown at the toe box looks out of place with the rest of the top white with not even subtle variation.

The tongue of the shoe feels cheap. I have other 550's and looking at them side by side these look just don't look right. They look like knockoffs.

Lower quality than previous versions. The tongue is a cheap unfinished foam. New balance always takes a good product and makes it worse with new versions lol

As many have mentioned in the comments below, the unfinished look of the tongue sticks out like a sore thumb. It is a bright highlighter yellow that in no way works with the overall color scheme of any of the options provided. I regret buying this shoe and have worn it less and less the more I notice the tongue. If this tongue were fixed, then this shoe would be an easy 5/5 stars, as all 3 colorways are amazing.

Shoes arrived crumbling, they seemed to fit ok but they were very dried out and not the quality I’d expect for shoes at this price
