Very good looking shoe. It’s also very comfortable and requires a minimal break-in period.

I want to commend New Balance for continuing to offer wide shoes but these shoes have issues. The 2E is too snug in toe box and too loose in the heel! Bad combo. Sports research confirms that a shoe with wide/relaxied forefoot, allowing tarsal spread, along with snug mid-foot and heel is optimal for performance. It is also the most comfortable. This shoe is definitely not that, nor any show from New Balance (which continues the taper torture tradition). Get on board with supporting human anatomy! Durability is very poor. Front edge worn all the way through to the foam in 6 months. Forefoot tread completely gone. Would not recommend. On the other hand, for heavier players, the cushioning and support is great. I have not found a better shoe in that regard. Can V3 fix the above issues please?

New Balance shoes fit my feet well. These are no exception. The feel great on the court. The pink color is definitely a conversation starter. I love them.

Good tennis shoes with enough space for toes, but laces almost ripped after first use. Not sure if this was just a one-off error, but I would not expect to have it ripped after one use.

I've been a loyal V1 Fresh Foam X CT-Rally user for as long as the V1 was available. It is (was) a great shoe. I just received the V2 and it is shorter and more narrow than the V1. Just trying it on I can feel my toe jam at the front and the more narrow width. The heel pull on the V1 was a nice touch that I could live without if the rest of the V2 fit like the V1. But it doesn't. Returned the shoe. Can't really rate quality as I didn't wear long, but I see other reviewers weren't thrilled with quality. Between poorer quality and store closings in my area I have to wonder what's going on with New Balance.

The Fresh Foam CT Rally are really comfortable shoes for tennis. I’m actually a little disappointed in myself for not finding these sooner.

Broke within 3 months. Lace strap pulled out on the bottom lace.
