Disappointed in customer support

When I went to go order these shoes, I ordered a size 8, which is my size but then I realized I had ordered a men’s shoe. I ordered right before my workday so the next chance I had to call the company was two hours later. After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, I was informed that I had to have the wrong pair shipped to my house. I had to wait for the shipment to come so that I could then process their return and return the shoes. It was all a total waste of time when the order could’ve just been changed. I will not be ordering from this company again.
