Love these for linear running. Lightweight, very comfortable. i bought these for my boys for their sports performance training my only reason for not giving them a 5 star is because, we are looking for a shoe that does it all as it relates to speed and agility work. These lack lateral support required for agility work. But then again this shoe wasn't created for this purpose in mind

Sizing is not right for women
It's a unisex shoe but it did not fit me at all for the women's size. It was to tight and not enough toe space

Stability is lacking
Nice XC, if modifications are made in the heel and stability space. We found the narrow foam on the heel to create imbalance, effecting solid landing.
