My recommended size was 8-8.5, since my regular shoe size is U.S. 8. I returned the 8-8.5 since it was too big, and I bought the 7-7.5 and it fit well. However, the buckle on the shoe was VERY difficult to use. I spent 10 minutes trying to adjust the strap size. The buckle seems cheaper than what my older Birks used to have. Then the strap rubbed across the top of my foot.
The shoes are excellent quality and a pretty pink color. Because my right foot is a little longer than the left, the shoe was uncomfortable. The end of the shoe turns up and the smaller two toes on the right foot came over the end of the shoe. Am disappointed there is a problem due to the length of my foot.
I have multiple BIrkenstocks—this is a nice change to the Arizona 2 strap. Even though it is not a “soft bed”, it is comfortable, true to size and ready for warm weather.
These are comfy and cool for summer or can be worn with socks in cooler temps
Even though I ordered a narrow, it was still too wide for my foot.

I could not get the straps to fit. Too large, even on the last hole of the buckle.
Did not have the cute pink color in the picture. Also this style may not be for me. Tried brown on in the store and it was cute.
First I bought a pair in the style and size, 38, I've purchased in the past but they were too large so I bought the next size down. These are still too big. I guess I need to go down two sizes, 36, to get the right fit. I don't understand why the sizing is so different than before.
It doesn’t look good with my skin color.
