I ordered these from Australia, had them shipped to a friend in LA who then paid a LOT to mail them to me - so I was taking a big risk. The free return would be far from free for me!! Well they arrived yesterday and I breathed a sigh of relief when I put them on - perfect size 9.5 fit. I didn't want to take them off, either - SO COMFY!!! I am SO THRILLED with these.

These quite possibly could be the most comfortable pair of boots EVER! And the blue suede is the perfect shade of blue. LOVE!

I wear Eric Michael boots with my orthotics, so my review is based on how they fit with the orthotics in the boot. Eric Michael boots are usually roomy enough for the orthotics to fit, so that's one reason I buy them. This pair was a bit more snug across the instep, so will need to stretch a bit to be as comfortable as my other EM boots. The suede is a beautiful navy and the boot is well made.

Great boots! I got the navy for something a little different and they're perfect. I ordered my usual size 71/2, but I'm thinking I should have tried a 7. When I first got them, I wore them around with thicker socks and now wearing them with thinner ones, they feel a little bit loose. Still love the comfort and style of Eric Micheal!

I find these boots really comfortable. Also, its hard to find a gorgeous chocolate brown boot and these fit the bill.

I absolutely LOVE these boots! I wore them around the house to try them out. Decided to go with a size up. As always Zappos got the new size to me in no time and I loved the better fit. Decided to wear them to walk my dog and they felt great! No break-in period needed, and the furry lining makes them extra comfy. I normally wear a 10 narrow but the 10's were rubbing my heal so I ordered 11's and they fit great! Again my foot is very narrow so finding cute boots that fit is a challenge. These don't feel overly wide and the furry lining seems to help. Thanks Zappos!!

Felt in love with this boots. Unfortunately... it will fit a size 9 better than a 8 1/2. That half inch makes a difference. I do not know why the designer chose to combine both sizes in one shoe. Not a good idea.

Correction for above statement: I did receive the boots as shown in the photo. I did not notice the back zipper along with the side zipper. Maybe too many zippers yet, I have a narrow heel and need a spacious toe box which is so seldom that I find shoes/boots that fit me at all. I will definitely keep them! I ordered 2 more pair of Eric Michael in hopes that they fit just as well.

I did not receive the boots in the photo yet I would not have ever noticed until I looked again for other colors. Only difference is that the zipper is on the inside and top buckle comes around the front. Usually back zips don't work for me anyway. Great boots. Very comfortable and moderate arch support. Its difficult for me to find shoes in general so I was surprised that they fit so well. I bought the green color which is versatile.
