I order and go through a lot of work boots really fast. I am very picky and get really pissed when top dollar big name brands do not perform. This boot was a crap shoot for me and came out on top. It was super light weight and durable the waterproof held up and the comfort. the composite toe didn't break through or tear out of the sole like most of the the steel toes do. The only negatives are one of the laces wore through to the inner threads but is still holding and the insoles are wearing through as well but are not uncomfortable. I usually go through a pair of Red Wings or Georgia Boot in 3-4 months and I've had these for about 6. I have a nice new pair of Georgia Boots sitting next to these but they weigh so much I just don t put them on! I just logged into buy another pair of Wolverine's and decided to let ppl know.

Loved them for the first couple months. I'm somebody who works on roofs and in attics as a foreman so I'm not abusive to my shoes. Third month I was on a med pitch shingle roof. And the sole do one of the shoes literally seperated from the bottom of the shoe. I was able to grab a pipe stack as I slid down and didn't fall of the roof, I could have been killed as it was about 35ft in the air. After getting down I saw my other boot was seperating as well. Needless to say I threw them out as soon as I got home and will never but wolverine boots again, which sucks because they were awesome the two months they lasted. But for the price I could have saved a ton and bought Walmart shoes that probably wouldn't have tried to kill me in two months...
Boot feels really good but for me runs a little narrow in the toe area but I am not sure if I should go with the wide as that may be too loose and sloppy. I would like to try the boots outside of my house in the real world since Wolverine has a 30 day comfort guarantee where you can wear them and return them for up to 30 days but Zappos does not honor that guarantee so I am sending them back and ordering the same boot from another retailer to get the 30 day comfort guarantee. I love Zappos but for $175.00 I need to make sure these work with no regrets.
Noticed that there was not much padding around the ankle, only took a few steps and noticed that it was going to rub against my leg and be very uncomfortable. Boxed them up and will look into some with more padding.
Great fit but it's a little heavier than other work boots.
I'm satisfied overall and they are comfortable but it took a week of breaking them in. I'd say they were wide enough, just not thick enough. Top inside was resting on my big toe's knuckle and it was pretty uncomfortable on my arthritis. That being said they broke in and are just fine now:)
Awesome boot! Sad that it is not available for the 2024 MYS/RME program this year. I have wide feet and this is the first toe box that was wide enough to be pain free. I would have gotten this boot again in a heartbeat.

I couldnt tell you if the support or the size were correct because I ordered a 4E and felt as if I ordered a Medium. NOT AS WIDE AS ADVERTISED
