first problem: THE INSOLE SAYS REMOVEABLE AND IS NOT! be aware! also, wide calf is HUGE! it may say 16" but it is 17" and even wider when it opens! soft leather, nice design, but not as described

Beautiful and comfortable. My first thought when I put them on was, "Wow, I can take these things to bed! These boots are so sensuous and pretty! Worth the money! I bought 9 1/2 wide.
I have looked at these boots so long and absolutely LOVE them. Sadly, they never come in slim or even narrow. I have looked forever for high boots like these and loved the quality of SAS for years BUT, please please make these in at least Narrow, although I really need Slim . . . . .
There are very few brands that offer wide width foot with regular width calf. This is my very first time attempting to order this type of style and size combo. A couple of years ago I realized that years of wearing heels and shoes that squish my toes have caught up with me. When I tried them on at home I was so glad they fit well and feel comfortable. Definitely keeping. Can't wait to wear this fall. Only wish they would come in vegan option and other colors.

Great product to wear on cool winter nights
The reason for the one star is because the customer service, I buy this boots on sale they didn't have in ww and I made a mistake ordering on 7w like the shoes I used to buy at the stores. Now they're to tight on my feet, call customer service asking to change for the size and I didn't get any help besides the bad answer for the person "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ", I didn't want a refund. Now they're on my closet. This is not the first time buying at the stores I usually buy 3 or 4 pair of shoes Yearly. It's my first time buying online, and not a very nice experience. I wish if someone from Customer service look this review and probably help me in get change the size on the ones I have for the same boots in 7.5 or 8 size w Calf, Thank You
