I love the style of all Chucks, but they aren't typically the most comfortable shoes. I feel like they lack any padding or arch support. This style actually has some cushion! LOVE them. Wear them allllll the time. Ordering another pair now!

The way the shoe is put together is odd. If I ordered a larger size, it would be too long but the opening to put in your foot feels small and tight. I measured - it is smaller than my other two pairs of Converse with which I have no issues. The tongue is also thick and padded which sounds comfy but it is uncomfortable. It makes it difficult to wear the shoe with the laces tied.. The height from the sole to the top of shoe is a tighter fit than other Converse and casual gym shoes. However, the shoes are super cute and the sole is well padded for walking. When it comes time to replace this pair I will probably buy the comparable men's shoe. That's usually the best play with this brand as the shoe is put together more like a normal shoe and at a better price. (Apparel manufacturers, we're on to your bizarre sizing at lower quality and higher prices for women's products.)

They are a bit wider/clunkier (for lack of a better term) than traditional converse Chuck Taylors. However, the comfort level of these is beyond worth it. no more bleeding heels or toe blisters. I naturally have medium to wider feet, so these are the perfect way for me to enjoy wearing chucks again without the pain! Also, no break in time necessary.

I LOVED THE LOOKS OF THE CONVERSE SNEAKERS BUT ........ 1) THEY WERE TOO LARGE 2) TOO NARROW MID WAY 3) HATED THE PUFFY SHOE TONGUE (?) AS IT SHORTENED THE SHOESTRING TO THE POINT WHERE IT COULD NOT BE TIED INTO A BOW. HAD TO BE TIED INTO A KNOT. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE SAME TYPE OF STYLE AND COLORS IN A WIDER WIDTH AND DIFFERENT BRAND.

I normally wear an 8 but my feet swell so they get a little cramped after walking. I decided to go up to an 8.5 but it feels more like a 9. My heels were rubbing against the shoes every time I took a step. I think I will stick with an 8 next time. The quality of the shoes were lacking. I wasn’t expecting it to be pristine, but the tongues of the sneakers had unfinished edges and had some strings coming out. The right shoe had a gap in between where the rubber toe cover met with the soles and you can tell that it would come undone after a few wears.

These are the only shoes I wear now, the Allstar Madison style is so comfortable. I just wish they had lots of colors and prints for the low top allstar madisons. I wear a 7.5 but an 8 in other brands Ive tried. I love the cushioning all over and the padded tongue that stands up. I love the way they feel and the way they look!

Love this show wore it almost a year now. I have also machine washed them several times to keep them white and they wash up great! Would def recommend and purchase again!

My Favorite Converse: This sneaker has a little cushion - enough to make the shoe super comfortable but not enough to take away the classic Converse look. I bought this pair to have as backup. Wear mine all the time.
