These are my favorite boots in read and I had the heel taken down and made flat! I love them and I cant wait to buy another pair the ones I have are 6 years old. They wear beautifully!

I have owned three pair of the Bobbie, formally bloom boot! The shaft circumference is very wide. It said 14-15. And I have a narrow calf. When they arrived they were huge, measured circ. at 16.5 inches. I thought it was a fluke,maybe I'd accidentally received a wide calf but the lady told me the circ. grows with the shoe size. I wear a 10 I. This style and I could fit my entire hand in a zipped up boot and sti have an inch to spare. I really wish they would make a narrow calf option.

Love these boots! I haven't done any substantial walking in them yet, but they are SO comfortable for wearing to work. I don't generally wear heels, and these are low enough that they hardly make a difference. I have high arches and prefer a comfortable amount of space at my toebox, and these do the trick without being loose. I typically wear 7.5-8 in shoes, and ended up wearing 8.5 in these boots. However I always wear them with medium-weight socks (like smartwools), so if just wearing over tights or dress socks would be a little roomy. Yes, in reality they ARE as shiny as in the photos... but I'm hoping that will tone-down as I wear them longer. A note about insoles -- in case you wanted to put in our own insoles, the "stock" insoles in these shoes do NOT come out.

I loved these. They were super comfortable, loved wearing them with leggings or jeans. They were awesome and then the zipper broke after not even having them a year. The zipper area also started unraveling and the unraveled thread kept getting caught in the zipper. I thought I could manage that, but then the zipper broke entirely. I could not zip it up even though there was nothing in the zipper. I like to pay more for shoes that last long because I think it’s worth it. But these just weren’t. I was so disappointed.

I COULDN'T BE MORE DISAPPOINTED! This is my 4th purchase of this style boot. I love them as far as style, they are unique, get lots of compliments and are fairly comfortable and easy to walk in. My 4th pair arrived a couple of days ago. It's my 3rd red pair, I wore out 2 sets after years of use. As I was zipping this pair up for the first time, the zipper broke. None of my other zippers have ever given out, so it must be a fluke. For almost $200. I expect more. Returning but will probably repurchase.

Bobbie is not only stylish , but also made of leather. For the quality, the style, it is a steal at the price. I have bad feet that need wider toe box. Bobbie fits the bill. Do not worry if you have regular foot width - -they do not make your feet look like clown's. Thank you Zappos, for carrying this style.

I purchased to replace a pair of the Miz Mooz Blooms that were my favorite boots for years. The positives: They are well made, look funky/cool, and the fit through the calf was just right for me (I have slim calves). I also really like the low, wedge heel and spacious toe box for comfort. The negative: even after trying a pair of insoles with the shoe, my foot slipped forward so that my toes were touching the end of the boot. I think this happened because my foot is so flat. If you have normal to high arches, you probably wouldn't have this problem. I'm so sad to be sending them back.

The leather is soooo soft and the boots looked really cute and fun...until I put them on. Then I realized that all the extra folds in the leather, coupled with a LOT of roominess in the ankles, made my legs look like elephant legs. It would probably be less noticeable if I had bought them to wear over jeans, but since I wanted them to wear with skirts, I had to return them. Three good things I should note: the boots were not too tall for my shortish legs, fit my thin calves well at the top, and were extremely comfortable on. I may try Miz Mooz again in a different style based on those things!

Unfortunately one of the button's had a small part of the leather worn away. I wish it would have been perfect. I had a pair of these boots in the past and they are very comfortable and cute.
