Im a 8.5 and followed the sizing guide and bought the 40, it was a size larger than expected. Im returning them for a 39.

I have a very hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and was not optimistic about these, but I loved the look and the convenience of the Velcro. I first ordered them in a 10 since a number of people said to size down. That was not the case for me. I wear a 10.5 in ON Cloud and 10.5-11 in Asics. These were snug in a 10 so I ordered an 11. Much better fit and surprisingly comfortable for me even with no arch support. Not overly heavy either. I tried them with both lightweight and medium no show socks and the medium worked best. I don't know if I could wear them for a day of sightseeing in Europe, but they are comfortable enough for errands and cute for going out. Someone said they thought these made their feet look huge, which is always an issue for me. I was pleasantly surprised that they don't.

I was so excited to get a pair of tan nubuck velcro sneakers. But there were 2 issues. The first was that there is a very slight mismatch in the color of the shoes. The left one was slightly more grayish and the right one was slightly more yellowish. These were very slight differences but noticeable to me, and my husband could see it too. Maybe no one else would, but I would feel like I was wearing defective or less-than-perfect shoes. One thing I think contributed to the difference in tone was that the nubuck was shorter and less dense on the left toe allowing more of the leather to show. It seems like the thicker nubuck grabs and holds more dye. The second issue is only apparent when you put them on. Once I put my foot in the shoe the velcro doesn't go all the way across and so it leaves some of the bottom piece of white velcro exposed, which looks sort of silly on the tan shoes. And the makers used tan threads to sew on the velcro so the tan thread on the white velcro is exposed. They should have used tan velcro so that the shoes, the velcro and the stitching is all the same tone and doesn't look bad when you can't pull the velcro all the way across.

Love this shoe! I usually wear a 6.5 in Nikes. Ordered a 6 and it fit perfectly. Love that the toe box is more forgiving than Air Force Ones. I didn’t have any issues with the tongue rubbing against my foot. Comfortable and light. Definitely recommend.

Size felt slightly big at first but with no show socks they were a dream walking all over the city. I've worn this with work dresses, going out and casually with jeans - most importantly, they are SUPER comfortable!

These are bulkier looking than the Campos. They’re still cute but the toe box is really uncomfortable and rubbed on my big toe which I’ve never had a problem with in any other shoe. My heel also lifted in the back so they weren’t too small. Unless you have narrow toes, I’d skip them.

Love these shoes! Exactly what I was hoping for.

I have three pairs of the Veja sneakers! Love them! Great for travel. Especially comfortable and the Velcro closure keeps you from stopping to re-tie when you are on the move! Totally worth it!
