Retro Comfort Sneaker 7Eventy6ix-Y

These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. I really hope that they continue to make these shoes for a very long time. They are the only shoes that I would ever wear and would like to see a pair of dress shoes with the platform cushion on them. I have several pairs of SAS shoes, they are all very comfortable, but these are the most comfortable I've ever had. Thank you to the entire SAS team for making the best shoes on planet earth.

Outstanding shoe, it took about 2-3 days for my foot to acquaint the feeling. That being said the shoe has incredible attention to detail and is very high quality.

The way the upper part sits on the sole doesn't give good support. It makes my ankles tired trying to stabilize myself on them.

Not your Grandma's SAS. Looks and feels great. Though rare for me, this was one of the brands that I needed to size down by a half-size.

I am writing this for my husband, since he said he would not take the time to do this. This was my husbands first pair of SAS Shoes, as he never liked the looks before. He loves that they are made right in Texas but just would not wear them. I just purchased this pair for him in the blue color and he absolutely loves them. He says that it is the first shoe in a very long time that he can be on his feet literally all day long and they still feel great. This shoe looks great on him also, basically like a Cole Hand or something more fashionable. You can tell this is a very high quality shoe.

I was so hopeful this sneaker would work based on my success with other styles but it is just too narrow overall and particularly in the midfoot area. It lacks a supportive sole under the arch and I could instantly feel fatigue when trying them on. They come in great colors which is a bummer! Fine if you have narrow feet - they look awesome!

These are my favorite sneakers of all time. They blow away any other pair of sneakers I've owned. All of the materials are excellent quality. The suede is dense and probably reverse calf, the fabric is a tightly-woven, ballistic-like nylon, and the laces are so much more dense than any other makers'. The toes have stiffeners too. I got my daughter a couple pairs in a different color and encouraged my brother and friend to get a pair. They all love them too. I want the "Blueshift" colorway if they'll ever be made for men. Or I might buy another Stone Blue pair and dye the suede navy myself.

The shoe I received appeared to have been worn before. The shoe I received was a prior version of this shoe? It was a SAS shoe, but does not match the shoe shown in the catalog.

Firstly; let me say that I have multiple pairs of SAS shoes in my closet and have always been impressed with their fit and comfort. However, on this latest occasion, I purchased a pair of the 7seventy-sixers for work (black). Unfortunately, this shoe has a rubber band that attaches to the tongue of the shoe and is too taut. The result is that the tongue keeps being pulled to the instep when the shoes are worn. I have resorted to cutting the elastic band to alleviate the issues - but shouldn't have to. The irony is that I have previously purchased another pair of the 7eventy-sixers in another color and the issue with the tongue does not arise. WEIRD!!!

I've been using SAS since 1997, which is why I still use them. Especially this model, even though I ordered the same size, feels too tight on the sides, and the sole is very narrow, making them tiring to wear.
