The first pair I received had a torn strap but still had no choice but to wear them to my cousins black tie wedding. Customer service worked with me on exchange since I had worn them but the had sympathy for situation. As far as the shoe I highly recommend, it looks and feels nice. Got many compliments all night on my shoes.
