Nice shoe but uncomfortable the tongue moves around too much

I ruin boots and sneakers in a hurry. I've worn these for a couple years at home and out. Just got done planting 6 arborvite wearing them. Best slip on anything I've owned.

I've owned these for 3 weeks and worn them 4 times. The sole on the right shoe has completely separated from the heel all the way to the center of the shoe. This is poor quality that I wouldn't be happy with from a $20 pair of shoes. From a $130 pair it's borderline fraud

Generally, a very nice looking shoe, in spite of the blue laces and logo (the plan was to switch those out and take a Sharpie to the logo). Seem to be made well. The 12EE was comfortable, but my problem is one I've had with various other brands in the past, except for the high end brands (Quoddy, etc.). The tongues slide to the side while you wear them. Keep in mind, I put these on for only a couple hours in my office the day they arrived. I stood up to take a break and check them out as I was trying to break them in a little and saw the obnoxious blue logos leaning to the outside of my feet. Having experienced this multiple times before, I knew it could only get worse as the leather softened. Come on people, just attach the tongues further up the sides and this wouldn't be an issue. Received them Friday - they're being returned Saturday. A shame, really, as I like the style and was hoping these would be my go-to shoes.
