The Evo is built for long distance backpacking. I translated that over to my ranch work of raising sheep. Hauling heavy buckets of water twice a day to ewes with lambs in their pens during lambing, lifting and dragging heavy bales of hay, cleaning out the lambing pens, and pushing the heavily loaded wheel barrel to the tractor loader. These Evo's excelled with comfort, stability and great traction until my job is done! So glad I bought them in a size 7 wide, my normal size, fit like a glove. I really needed them as my knees are not like they were when I was 21, I just turned 81 young! Thank you Danner for making such a wonderful, comfortable workable boot!

A wonderful hiking boot! Im trying on an 11 and a size 10. 5 Ive spoken with a person in customer support and she suggests wearing the 10. 5 around the house. I think this size might be the better fit.

I normally wear a 8. 5 and felt like the 8. 5 was the right size. The fit was too narrow though so I returned them. My toes felt numb after 20 minutes of just sitting around the house in them. I normally have no problem wearing regular width shoes, so I would say these are extra narrow. I like the athletic design. I didnt like the fully red tongue design.

The look was appealing, but the fit was not good. I like the look of the laces, but they did not function well.
