These were my go-to shoes on a recent trip to Europe. Day excursions and cobblestone streets were no match to the comfort of these shoes!

They fit well. I appreciate the elastics bands holding the tongue in place. The shoe laces tend to be difficult to get tied tight and they occasionally loosen themselves. The heel is tight and does not slop side to side. foot does not slide forward and back. The shoe does not roll around the foot as you are making your way up steep paths or rocks. I have not worn them in wet conditions. A shoehorn is helpful for putting them on.

I bought a pair in early May of this year. I have now hiked in them in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Great shoes! Waterproof with an excellent sole for hiking andI use them for everyday shoes too. I replaced the insole with one that has more cushioning. I highly recommend tjem.

I bought these for a trip to Europe. Knew there was going to be a great deal of walking and some light "off road" trekking. They were great! Very comfortable and supportive. I had minimal time for break in before the trip but had zero issues with that during my two weeks traveling.
