i ordered online and 5 minutes later I called to change the size as for some reason I ordered an 11 and I wear a 7 but someone emailed me back and said it was too late already processed and I dropped off the return at the UPS Store - waiting for my refund. I can't believe just 5 min later and you can't make changes. i buy a lot of olukai - will not be buying for awhile - bad service.

I love my new Leeward. Very comfortable. You can wear them for long stretches and your feet feel like its a pair of shoes. Peoples said that the overall fit is larger than certain models and it is true but not in a wrong way. It fits perfectly for me.

Decent quality flip flop, has some weight to it and shock absorbency will require bit of time to bed in. Unfortunately, the Grey colour way is not available on the UK website. Fit is spot on, both length and width. Would be useful if the website confirmed either UK or US sizing Delivery was prompt and efficient. Will look at getting a leather pair now.

Awesome sandals, 3 rd pair from this brand and now I wont wear anything else. Worth the money.. so comfortable and look great!!
