Cormac худи

I love this sun hoodie! I wear it skiing, hiking, mtb, on location photoshoots, yard work, ect: if you are outside in any sun this is a must have. Its wonderful as a base layer for cold days or your shirt for the hot day. ALSO IT DREIS SOOOOO FAST. This will keep you from getting absolutely cooked by the sun, if your like me and spend as much time as you can outside, your skin will thank you for this purchase. My go to is the lime green colorway from a few seasons ago, but I have started buying white and dyeing them myself. My only complaint is WE NEED BETER COLORS! Also built in thumb loops are clutch. Toss this on, throw your favorite t-shirt on over and now your swaged up and sun protected. In the winter I run my base layer under the Cormac and build from there.

The only base layer you'll want to wear. The new Cormac hoody outperformed all my expectations. Not only is it extremely lightweight and breathable, it's odour resistant and dries very quickly. So far I've used it on two multi-day mountaineering trips as my only base layer and on a multi-day canoe trip. UV protection is great, especially with the hoody. The hood feels oversized at first, but it's versatile. Easily wears under/over a hat/helmet or if you have big/long hair it would be perfect. I have very short hair, but I found it was somehow very easy to set its position on my head. Many times I could use it as a sun protector for my forehead if I wasn't wearing a hat. Naturally because it's ultralight it won't be the most durable piece. I've put a couple small holes in it so far from embers from a fire so be aware. Just makes it even more breathable now! Overall, the updated Cormac has completely changed my opinion of the Cormac series. It's now because my favourite base layer. It does have an oversized feel to it, so I chose M for the hoody, but if I wanted a fitted next to skin base layer (I usually don't) then I would go for a small. I would recommend trying your true size and one size below to see what you prefer. It all depends on how you plan to use it.

Light weight!! Great top I use it for working out and flying, keeps the direct sun off my skin. it's lightweight enough to breathe and not get too warm. great for UV protection!! I like a bit of a baggy fit I'm 5'9" and 200lbs I went with a XL and it is loose enough to move around and not tight. The design is great like all Arcteryx!!

Stay protected: I love big days in the alpine, but have paid the sunburn toll a few too many times. When I know I will be out in serious UV, this is my trusted top. From spring ski mountaineering to summer scrambling, the Cormac is versatile and can act as a base layer to mid depending on the user and temps. A few examples: 1. Summer trail run. Acts as a base layer (no shirt under) that I can wear all day at low to moderate output. 2. Spring ski mountaineering. Layer with a merino shirt under and a puffy / shell on top as needed. The only tweak I would make on this piece is to make it a bit more breathable, but that is personal preference. For most temps and most output levels, it is perfect to keep you protected from the sun.

Durable, comfortable: Just spent 7-days in the sierra high country with this shirt. I wore it all day, every day. Rinsed it in a lake in the afternoon and I was dry easily by morning. Tough days backpacking. The shirt still looks like the day I bought it.
