Great boot overall. The 6E fit my AFO great and gave me a sturdy platform to walk on. Problem with 1 of the Loops on the right boot as it broke off after using 6 times. Hoping the return and warranty are good. Would be nice to have it fixed.

It's like walking on a cloud. The shoe actually lifts you as you walk. It's an amazing experience and I will never buy another brand again.

Great open toe design with plenty of room. The heal, however, is just as wide open with way too much room for your heal and ankle to move around - possibly up to 1/2 inch all around. Not good for pronations. I tried the D width. In all, a big let down. It could be a great shoe with proper ankle and heal section.

The left shoe was defective. Fit and size were good. But the left shoe had a loud squeak when walking. This squeak was coming from the sole of the shoe, and with all inserts and footbed removed.

Thank you Zappos for carying wide shoes. I take a 12 4E and the 13 4E fit well (no 12.5 offered), so order a half size up. These feel half way between runners and boots which is what I was after. The insole has very good cushoning, and the heel has a good roll making these good for walking. They flex nicely as well. The heel tread may need more bite for downhill hiking and walking on icy snow. These come with arch support inserts as well as inserts that fit under the insole to take up volume and/or provide extra cushoning. Very thoughtful. And all the laces pass through loops. Thank you Orthofeet. Too bad brown is not offered. Note: I have given up on getting true 4E shoes and boots from NB. Brooks Men’s Ghost Max 3 runners are true 4E (order 1/2 size larger).

As a UPS driver, I am on my feet and walking all day long. These are, without a doubt, excellent shoes for working. This is my first pair of OrthoFeet, and I am officially convinced—I will NEVER wear another brand. They are incredibly comfortable and truly feel like walking on clouds. Most importantly, I have been dealing with a Morton’s Neuroma, and it is actually going away because of these shoes. My back and hips also feel so much better, even after a full day's work. If you're looking for relief and comfort, these are the ones!!!!!

The shoes are waterproof plus come in a 4E width. I need a half size down. Lots of cushion. Great shoes.

I often will buy a men's 7 wide - because as a woman with a wide foot - they often fit better then women's sizes. Not in this case. It was HUGE, and my feet were swimming in them - in both length and width. It was not the equivalent of an 8.5 in women's wide in any of the other shoes I own (Keen, Merrell, Dansko) The shoe was well made, it just did not "translate" for me this time. I have never bought an "orthopedic shoe" before.... and now I understand that the fit can be really different to accomodate people with serious foot problems. Back it goes.
