Dropping the review by a star because these shoes are not correctly sized. I wear a size 11, which is what I originally purchased. When I tried them on, they fit like a size 12. Had to return the shoes and get a size 10 which fit my feet.

Was going to use these as a relaxing shoe and slipper. I ordered my normal length of 11. I was very disappointed when I put them on to have them ride up and down my heal and have enough room to be able to fit my index finger between my heal and the back of my shoe. I have worn Bean shoes on and off for years, but the last two pair I owned have been disappointments. I had to get rid of them. Wanted to use the online exchange process but when I entered the order ID, it said it didn't exist! Called customer service because the information said they were always there for you. That promise expires at 8pm
